The terrace of Casa La Ginestra e il Mare is the space we designed for guests seeking silence and sea-view relaxation. From here, you can gaze upon Cala dell’Acqua, one of the island's most beautiful coves, and the ruins of Forte Papa. This defensive stronghold was built by King Ferdinand in 1772 on a site that likely held a 16th-century fortification commissioned by Pope Paul III—hence the name, Forte Papa.
For your use, you will find wrought-iron bistro tables and chairs, perfect for enjoying local delicacies. There are also two sun loungers with a parasol for sunbathing. Finally, the stone corner wih cushions is the ideal nook for those who wish to spend pleasant moments in conversation or lost in a good book.
